At Marfa Istanbul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Marfa Istanbul account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Place them securely in the original packaging along with the return invoice.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
